If you’d like to request a zone to our app to prevent parking or similarly, please send your request to geofence.[Your City]@ryde-technology.com (e.g. geofence.goteborg@ryde-technology.com).

We will need the following information to assess your request:
- A screenshot of the requested area highlighted on a map (e.g. Google Maps)
- An explanation of why the zone is requested

We will evaluate your request and consider this when adding new zones. New zones are evaluated based on our customer’s riding patterns, wishes from the municipality, and feedback from local citizens.
