Incorrectly parked scooters can be reported either via the report function in the app or email. To help us investigate your report, we require both a photo of the incorrectly parked scooter and the 6-digit scooter ID associated with it.
Firstly, please make sure that you are inside the allowed parking area and your phone has reception. If you're still having issues ending your trip, lock the scooter and submit a report directly in the app. Clearly describe the issue and include any error messages, and we'll be able to assist.
All new customers will be charged to verify a new account. The fee applies in all cities and exists to prevent misuse of the service. The paid amount depends on the location, and will be added to your account as Ryde Credits that will be used to pay for future trips.
