Through this collaboration, TØI has gained access to a wide range of users, contributing to better insight into how e-scooters are used, which modes of transport they replace, and how they impact urban mobility.

Ryde e-scooters are doing a great job with parking in Bergen, Norway, by having the fewest wrong parking per trip and being the fastest at correcting incorrect parking with 100% of reports being fixed within 24 hours, according to a Nivel parking report. Ryde's median time for fixing poor parkings was significantly lower than its competitors, according to the same report.
