Welcome to Ryde's Driving School!

By following these simple rules, you help make the streets safer for everyone and enhance your overall riding experience.

1. Ride alone and sober

Ride with only one person per scooter and never under the influence of alcohol. Choose alternative transport such as a bus or taxi if you have been drinking.

2. Follow traffic rules
Obey traffic laws: stop at red lights, use bike lanes, yield to the right, do not ride in the wrong direction, dismount in crosswalks, and keep to the right.

3. Ride carefully
Be mindful on sidewalks and walkways, use the bell, and ride at a maximum of 6 km/h when passing pedestrians.

4. Stay focused on the road
Avoid using your phone or listening to music while riding. Come to a complete stop if you need to use your phone.

5. Inspect the scooter before use
Check the wheels, brakes, and conduct a visual inspection. Report any issues in the app, and do not use the scooter if it has defects.

6. Wear a helmet
Always wear a helmet for your safety. Helmets save lives!
